Stick Hero RPG is a side-scrolling action RPG where you control a stickman hero, fight waves of monsters, and grow stronger through classes, gear, and upgrades. Unlike many simple stickman shooters, this game focuses heavily on long-term progression and build strategy, making each run feel meaningful instead of repetitive.
Goal: Progress through harder dungeons while optimizing your build
1. Start with Gunner—not Wizard
Many guides suggest Wizard for damage, but early-game MP is too limited.
Gunner is the safest start because it balances damage and survivability.
2. Don’t waste coins early (big mistake)
First runs feel easy, so it’s tempting to spend coins fast.
Save for mid-tier weapons – early gear gets outdated quickly.
3. Movement matters more than damage
From experience, most deaths don’t come from low DPS but from:
Practice dodging before chasing more serious damage builds.
4. Elf is strong late-game, weak early
Elf builds feel underwhelming at first (low HP, slow leveling).
But once geared, they become high-DPS carry builds.
5. Boss fights punish greedy play
Bosses are not DPS races.
If you spam attack without timing, you’ll lose quickly.
Focus on hit → dodge → reposition
After playing multiple runs, the biggest difference from other stickman games is the build impact.
Unlike games like Stickman vs Zombies (pure action focus), Stick Hero RPG rewards planning more than reflex.
A good build can carry you further than raw skill alone
However:
This creates a loop where you experiment → fail → adjust build → improve, which keeps players coming back.
